This Leader's Helps page is dedicated to senior leaders. You are our heroes. We have the firm conviction that a blessed future for our towns, cities, counties, nation and the world is dependent upon local churches being strong. The quality of churches is based primarily on the strength of the pastoral team.
Wendy and I spent seventeen years as senior leaders of churches of two churches (Round Mountain, NV, and Weaverville, CA). We understand the challenges and opportunities that are inherent in church leadership. We also have learned much there about walking in hope, joy and victory in our leadership.
This entire website will have resources that can help senior leaders, but this page is specifically designed to help you. You will find materials and helpful links to strengthen your ministry. We look forward to expanding this page even more in the days ahead.
